Happy Easter

Matthew 28:5,6:  5 The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said."

Acts 3:32,33:  32 God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it. 33 Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.

Hebrew 1:3  The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

Baseball Cards

We sure had fun with baseball cards in the olden days.  Baseball cards had multiple uses like playing made up games with them, collecting them for the bubble gum, punching holes in them with a ticket punch.  Today they're handled as if they are museum artifacts; all the fun is gone.

Marble Joy

Marbles are not essential for everyday use, but the kaleidoscope of colors, glistening, translucent, spherical glass shapes brings us joy and eye appeal.  As a child enjoyed playing with them.

The Eiffel Tower

Decided against taking the steps (674) once I saw the towering structure up close. Probably a wise decision.  We took enough steps exiting the tower to get a sense of this engineering feat. It was very windy on the observation deck but a great view of Paris at night!  The tower is beautiful at night.
